The link seems to be broken.

And if the page is unfinished, why not just remove the tab until it is?

btw ive had this ranpo icon for like 2 years and ive only seen like 2 episodes of bungo stray dogs

Yup, Eve is correct! The tab is there for future use but is not yet connected to anything
