Thanks for catching that elle!

I remember the day I installed the forums here so clearly- it was early December, and I had recently acquired the domain shibaface.com.

After making a quick homepage I went to download phpBB, the forum software.

It took 3 hours to install it. All because I had a lot of trouble with the database.

But eventually I managed to make it work! Someday I may have to upgrade to MySQL instead of SQLite but for now it’ll do.

Where did you buy your domain? I'm curious because I've always wanted to make a website

^^ i still haven’t seen it and i really want to! my parents didn’t let me see it in theaters because they hate the diversity push hollywood is having. “it’s so hard to be a white man in these times, blah blah blah. everything is african american now, blah blah blah. they’re only 13% of the population but 90% of the media, blah blah blah. that black girl didn’t thank me for holding the door for her so she’s being RACIST towards white people, blah blah blah.”

like??? nobody asked you? nobody asked for your discriminatory thoughts. i absolutely hate hearing their blatant racism about daily things i don’t even think twice about. my parents are such good and educated people but they have no concept of what it’s like to be oppressed and it SHOWS. racism? in 2019? NOT the move. it just makes you look plain ignorant.

sorry that was a bit of a tangent but it’s really annoying and even more upsetting. they’re the same way about gays, trans people, and muslims & i hate living with that.
