Kinda? Ive always wanted to, but I never had the supplies or sewing knowledge or dyes or wigs/hairstyling skills to properly do anything. Ive tried to challenge myself to make as good of a cosplay with what I have lying around my house and the results have been... interesting. Anyways Ive been looking into making an actual one soon, although Im a) still deciding on the character and b) kinda waiting till shipping is sorted out so I can buy stuff online
