Does anyone have a suggestion for what to make your canvas size when making the adopt lineart?

Also whenever you can, try to find some time to put a signature or shibaface.com on them somewhere

how do I upload the images? From an image hosting site or smth?

I finished one today but 4 different designs. I'm new to this stuff.
